Temporary Fencing

The fencing that has appeared around the grounds has been provided to section off the trees that have been identified in an arborist's report as potentially high or extreme risk. The fences will stay in place until the necessary remedial work is done. Some of the trees are to be removed completely while others need the dead wood to be removed.

Our Assets Management Unit is in control of the tender process and hopefully it will not take too long to engage the contractors who will complete the necessary work.

Our famous Gould League Tree is listed for an aerial inspection and the remedial work should only necessitate the removal of dead wood.
