It's Going To Be A Big Day!
We hope you have the 11thDecember noted as a significant day on our school calendar.
First thing in the morning we will be heading to the Civic Centre as it is our Presentation Day. This is the day when we acknowledge and celebrate student achievements across a range of endeavours.
So many students will be recognised and it is important that they are able to share this special time with family and friends looking on. Please feel welcome to attend and to applaud all the children who will be recognised for the efforts they have made and the successes they have achieved.
That same night, commencing at 6:00 pm we will be at school joining together to sing Christmas carolsunder the big COLA. My, how the year is passing by so quickly! Again, please come along and lend your presence in a joyful Christmas spirit and join in as we sing many Christmas favourites. These are the special times that children will hold as treasured memories for a long time to come.
Perhaps you might win our terrific raffle prize. The raffle fundraiser will be to have a chance in winning a 16 GB Apple i-pad 2. This magnificent prize will be drawn on the night before we head for home when the evening concludes with the last of our carols expected to finish around 7:00 pm. Tickets are included with today's newsletter and they will only be $1 per ticket. Someone's going to be a lucky winner.
