Homework Centre and Active After-school Communities (AASC)
Mr Bullock in his role as coordinator, heads up a team consisting of Miss Mara, Miss Heydon, Miss Thompson, Mrs Nolan and Mr Walsh in providing this service to up to 30 of our students on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. The homework centre operates for one hour at the conclusion of the school day (2:45pm – 3:45pm) and the Active After-School care, the following hour (3:45pm – 4:45pm).
No costs are involved and places but numbers are limited and priority goes to students who are committed and attend regularly. A piece of fruit and a light snack are also offered each day to attending students. Continuation in the program is dependent on good behaviour.
