These forms have been sent home and some have been returned already. Please note that we must have these returned no later than Friday, 22ndMarch, 2013.
All Year 6 students should return these forms whether they are intending to transition to Wellington H.S. or not. All students go onto a tracking sheet and if any intend to go to a non-local or selective H.S. setting we need to know to maintain the tracking sheet.
The Local Government will always be the default secondary setting whether parents are seeking other placements for their children or not. Not all students necessarily get their first or second preferences and the outcomes as they become known are also recorded on the tracking sheet to know where all students are going in 2014.
